Eye: A strong golden yellow colour with amber reflections. Cord of fine and dynamic bubbles.
Nose: Richness and aromatic complexity are present, mixing notes of fresh pastries, stone fruits (nectarine, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum), spices (cinnamon) sublimated by a hint of iodine.
Palate: Pure attack of citrus aromas (mandarin, bergamot) conferring a beautiful vivacity. The finish is long, fresh, enriched by slightly peaty notes.
