Champagne Collery 2014 vintage keeps its promises of originality by being the ideal companion of predominantly Umami-based dishes (the 5th flavour: the hyper gluttony and the flavoursome taste). Racy, powerful, spicy, with toasted aromas, we name it as it is: EmpyreumatiC.

Let yourself be transported into its world and marvel at its many facets.
