Champagne Collery Rosé Brut NV Grand Cru is a blended rosé whose structure is brought by the frame of Pinot Noir, elegantly balanced by its Chardonnay. Its richness in red wine and its content dosage makes it a wine to be enjoyed in any season, as an aperitif as with a meal.

Grape Varieties: 89% Pinot Noir (including 15% red wine), 11% Chardonnay
Winemaking: Alcohol and malolactic fermentations (completed) in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, in Burgundy casks for the red wine.
Maturation: 50% of the dosage base is composed of Chardonnay, aged in barrels from Sauternes Grand Cru. 50% of the dosage base is composed of Pinot Noir, aged in Burgundy casks (aged “3 wines”)
Ageing on lees: 3-4 years
Dosage: 6g/L
Capacity: 750ml standard bottle

Eye: Coral pink hue with bright coppery reflections.Regular effervescence of fine bubbles.
Nose: Straight, loose and well structured, the first nose delivers notes of rose, raspberry alcohol, and rhubarb. The opening reveals shades of blood orange and lemon
Palate: Pure and tasty attack, revealing aromas of stone fruits (griotte/morello cherry, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum) and citrus (orange). The tangy framework structures this cuvée wonderfully, punctuated by the bitter pink grapefruit
